About ICY
As the Muslim community expands beyond the traditional city limits of Raleigh and Durham, a dedicated masjid has become a priority for families settling in Youngsville, Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Franklinton. The Islamic Center of Youngsville (ICY) was launched in December 2025 to fulfill this essential need, providing a local home for worship and community identity.
Built from the ground up through the initiative of local volunteers contributing their time, professional skills, and personal resources, ICY is developed under the guidance and operational support of MAS Raleigh. The center has moved through a rapid phase of establishment — having launched with Isha congregational prayers, we have already expanded to include Fajr and weekly Jummah. This progress is a direct result of the community’s generosity, including the donation of vital materials and specialized services that have turned this vision into a reality.

Jummah Prayer
Hifdh Al-Quran Memorization Classes
The Islamic Center of Youngsville is offering structured Hifdh Al-Quran memorization classes for students seeking to memorize the Quran with proper tajweed and discipline.
Students will memorize the Quran with the goal of becoming huffadh, under the supervision of qualified instructors and taught by Sheikh Abdul Halim Mahmoud Abdullah.
Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between Maghrib and Isha

Monthly Qiyam
ICY hosts a monthly Qiyam on the third Friday of every month. Join us for an evening of worship, reflection, and community.
Schedule: Lecture between Maghrib and Isha, followed by Dua, Safea, and Witr after Isha
